Day 01-Itinerary

Morning, Visit Angkor Thom, the giant stone faces of Bayon have become one of the most recognizable images connected to classic Khmer art and architecture. There are 37 standing towers, most of them sporting four carved faces oriented toward the cardinal points. Then, it will be followed by:

Baphuon temple, three-tiered Temple Mountain built as the state temple of Udayadityavarman II dedicated to the Hindu God Shiva). Afternoon, heading to visit Banteay Srie, the temple translates to ‘citadel of women’ modern appellation that probably refers to the delicate beauty of the carvings Banteay Srei displays some of the finest examples of classical Khmer art, continue to visit Banteay Samre. It is a Large, flat temple displaying Angkor Wat-style architecture and artistry. There is a legend connecting the naming of this monument with a farmer who mistakenly killed the then ascended the throne.

Optional: Sunset at Phre Rub Temple. It is an architecturally and artistically superior temple-mountain. It is beautifully carved false doors on the upper level, as well as an excellent view of the surrounding countryside.

Afternoon, after lunch, travel to the Victory Gate of Angkor Thom, through the parkland behind the Terrace of The Elephants. Walk past Phimeanakas and the Baphuon temple before ending at Bayon.

Day 02-Itinerary

Morning, Start early morning tour at 4.30am to experience the beautiful sunrise at Angkor Wat. The sun will rise behind Angkor Wat providing a silhouette of Angkor’s distinctively shaped towers against a colored sunrise sky. It is also a good time to explore Angkor Wat Cambodia's ancient temple city is one of the wonders of the oriental world. Masterpieces of decorative details as well as of architectural style, its awe-inspiring ruins survive as testament to the spectacular achievements of Southeast Asia's greatest civilization. It is a replica of the universe according to Hindu mythology. It is composed of the Mount Meru, surrounded by the continents and the oceans. Its extraordinary bas-reliefs, describe some Khmer epics and myths. Angkor Wat's five famous towers rise into the sky, a geometrical arrangement of numerous galleries, adorned with beliefs and the stone images of celestial Apsara dancers, as well as portals, chambers, and courtyards.

Afternoon, visit Floating Villag (Kompong Pluk), It is located at the south of the Rolous temple group, a scenic and enjoyable boat ride to see fisherman’s daily routine, floating restaurant makes a truly unique dining experience the village, and take boat trip in a traditional wooden boat on the Tonle Sap Lake, the great Cambodian lake, one of the wonders in Southeast Asia. Old Market, the old market is the most visited, offering the deepest selection of souvenirs and curios of any of the traditional markets. There are souvenir vendors on all offering silks, silverworks, carvings, statuary, art, and handcrafts.
