Can I change my itinerary?
Beauty of a private tour is that you can make choices and adjustments as you go. We will keep you updated with options throughout the day, so you can stay flexible.(sometimes customers like to adjust if they feel temple out or if the weather is hot) you retain full control of your day
Why are Meals not included?
We typically don’t put the cost of meals included in our tours, as we wouldn’t want to restrict our customers’ options in any way.
We do these tours everyday, so We can offer our customers a range of options where to dine at any point in the tour and can account for any requests and budget, western food, local food, vegetarian, halal, light snack, local snacks, everything!
Our style is to adapt ourselves to each individual customer and make suggestions based on their individual preferences.
Where to Buy the Angkor Pass? Why Temple pass not included?
The Angkor Pass can only be purchased at the official ticket center, located 4 km away from Siem Reap town and open from 4.30am to 5.30pm every day. Tickets purchased from hotels, tour companies and other third parties are not valid.
The entrance ticket can be paid in cash (US Dollars, Cambodian Riel, Thai Bath, Euro) or by credit card (Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, JCB, Diners Club). An on-site ATM is available to withdraw cash.
You can’t purchase your entrance ticket upfront. Entrance tickets for a one-day visit are issued up to 5pm, tickets issued after 5pm are valid for the next day.
Consult the business directory for more information and the exact location of the Angkor Ticket Office. When you book the tour with us we will bring you to the ticket office before entering the park.
